\u201c<\/em><\/strong>When Jesus saw the crowds, he went up the mountain; and after he sat down, his disciples came to him.<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>Then he began to speak, and taught them\u2026\u201d Matthew 5:1-2<\/em><\/p>\n All are welcome to attend a weekly Lenten Study Series led by Fr. Arakel. Join us as we study the beautiful section of Scripture known as the Beatitudes and Sermon on the Mount, in which Jesus taught some of His greatest lessons.<\/p>\n Sessions will take place on Mondays from 7:00-8:00pm in the Parish Council Room.<\/p>\n February 27<\/strong>\u00a0- Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.<\/p>\n March 6 -\u00a0<\/strong>Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.<\/p>\n March 13 -\u00a0<\/strong>Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.<\/p>\n March 20 -\u00a0<\/strong>Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
